LL1071s Assorted Flavoured Toffees in 4 Litre Acetate Drum
(Assortment of Coffee, Peppermint, Dairy Caramel, Hazelnut, Creamy, & Licorice flavours)
LL1072s Almond Nougat in 4 Litre Acetate Drum
(Almond flavour with choice or assortment of Red, Blue, Green, Silver and Gold foil wrappers)

The product shown is a clear acetate drum packed with approx. 1.8 kilos of assorted colours Australian Made Almond Nougat or 2 kilos of Assorted Toffees. Our quotes include a 1-4 colour or 4 colour process gloss White printed sticker (dye cut to any shape) - attached to lid or a 1 colour screenprint on lid.

Other packaging options are also available for Toffees & Nougats : Tin Bucket, 6cm & 12 cm Stainless Steel Canister.

This is a great product for tradeshows, conferences, reception desks, office meetings, events & functions!

Logo Design Objectives

Formless creativity is great for abstract, exploratory artwork, but a logo has a task to accomplish: identify your business. Therefore, we need objectives to help formulate our design process. By judging how a design meets its objectives, we can evaluate how effectively a design accomplishes its task. Logo design objectives we use are:

  • Attractiveness: You want your logo to make people feel satisfied and pleased
  • Recognizability: A logo must not only be attractive, but able to associate those good feelings with your business's identity
  • Flexibility: To use your attractive and recognizable logo, it must be able to withstand many different presentations and still maintain its integrity. For example, you logo must be able to be printed on a poster, displayed on a website, and printed on a fax"

"We all make mistakes, however, if we are aware of the pitfalls that can occur, there is a better chance we can avoid errors that, more often than not, can be fairly costly. The following are 10 of the most common mistakes exhibitors make pre-show, at-show and post-show:

Pre-show
1. Failing to set exhibiting goals.
Goals, or the purpose for exhibiting, are the essence of the whole tradeshow experience. Knowing what you want to accomplish at a show will help plan every other aspect - your theme, the booth layout and display, graphics, product displays, premiums, literature, etc. Exhibiting goals should complement your corporate marketing objectives and help in accomplishing them.

2. Forgetting to read the exhibitor manual.
The exhibitor manual is your complete reference guide to every aspect of the show and your key to saving money. Admittedly, some show management make these easier to read than others. Albeit, everything you need to know about the show you are participating in, should be contained in the manual - show schedules, contractor information, registration, service order forms, electrical service, floor plans and exhibit specifications, shipping and freight services, housing information, advertising and promotion Remember that the floor price for show services is normally 10-20% higher so signing up early will always give you a significant savings.

3. Leaving graphics to the last minute.
Rush, change and overtime charges will add significantly to your bottom line. Planning your graphics in plenty of time - 6-8 weeks before show time will be less stressful for everyone concerned and avoids many blunders that occur under time pressures."

Google Australia now sending GMail invites via SMS

GMail has been a great tool I've used to help keep track of alot of my work e-mails, marketing articles, details on promotional products etc. and have them indexed by a powerful search algorithm - and access them anywhere thanks to Google :)

Forwarding useful resources, articles, links to my GMail account has proven to be an effective archive/record keeping tool for me.

If you haven't been lucky enough to receive an invite to the GMail service (I'm saying lucky - but i'm sure you know someone by now who has GMail and is willing to invite you) you can now receive invites directly from the mothership itself.

A text link at the bottom of the search engines home page reads:

Advanced spam filter, instant search, 2.6GB. Get Google Mail.

Visit google.com.au to get your invite. Simply click the link at the bottom of the page, and enter your mobile phone number, and Google will SMS your invitation code. Cool Bananas!

P.S. I can see alot of people signing up friends for a joke.. just to see Google as the SMS sender on their mobile phone displays ;)
