National Bandanna Day

by Elyse on October 31, 2008

Today is National Bandanna Day, which is run by Canteen – the Australian Organisation for Young People Living with Cancer, who support young people (aged 12-24) living with cancer. This is another great event that features a promotional product, bandannas.

What is interesting about the National Bandanna Day campaign is that the bandanna artwork has actually been designed by urban clothing brand Industrie since 2005. The use of this co-branding makes the promotional product relevant to the people they are trying to target as well as fashion forward. There is nothing worse then a poorly designed promotional product that no-one wants to wear.
