Today participants took part in the Australia Day Thong Challenge at Bondi Beach, Sydney where an attempt was made to break the world record for the longest line of inflatable air beds in water for its third consecutive year.
Unfortunately they weren’t able to break the record and the current World record of 863 giant floating Havaianas thongs set at Sydney’s Coogee Beach in 2006 remains unbeaten. For more information about the Havaianas Thong Challenge follow this link to the official website.
