So it’s that time of year again…yes it’s conference time! You might wonder why I sound so excited at the thought of a conference so I will tell you - it can be a lot of fun. Well, that is if it is well organised and if the attendees think that it’s not going to be all work and no play!
I think you can do both and accomplish a lot with very co-operative colleagues but you must set a good atmosphere from the start. A Hawaiian Shirt can really help set the mood - that’s for sure; so why not organise them for all attendees and make sure that everyone is happy.
And if you think that might be a bit ‘out there’ well just look back over the many Apec Summits where the ‘funny Shirt’ has become a tradition and a fantastic photo opportunity for the world leaders.
The other advantage is that if any attendees stray from the flock they can easily be spotted in their Hawaiin Shirts so everyone will be easy to identify!
